Free dental clinic was held at Oruthota Nugahena Purana Maha Viharaya on 28-06-2015 with the participation of Dental Surgeons of Ragama Teaching Hospital to serve the people in Oruthota area.
Filaria Camp :
Assistance was provided by distributing 1,000 numbers of food parcels and dry rations to the people who were affected by the floods in Ekala, Makewita, Mabima, Ambanwita, Kaudangaha and Gonagaha areas on 20-05-2016.
Grade 5 Scholarship Seminar :
A seminar was conducted for the children from the area at Gothami Junior school Gampaha on 27-04-2016.
Flood Relief Programme :

Successfully completed Medical Camp at Nadalagamuwa Dharmapala Junior School, Pannala on 15-10-2016 and benefited the less privileged people in that rural area screening for their Eye, Dental & Medical ailments & providing necessary treatments free of charge.
Tree Planting Progrmme :
Tree planting programme was implemented on 24-11-2016 at Walking Track of Oruthota, Gampaha, with the participation of Principal, few staff members and "Parisara Mithuro Lama Samajaya" of Gothami Junior School.
Donation of School items:
Donation of school items to underprivileged students of Dhaham Pasala, at Poththuwilluwa Raja Maha Viharaya of Puttalam District. Over 225 students and staff were benefited. A fully fledged computer was also donated to Daham pasala for promoting the computer knowledge of students.
Ongoing Projects :
The Organization Wishes to extend it's compassion,
towards the senior citizens of the Country who are particularly in low life
conditions, by way of constructing a residence, where some of such individual
will be able to live rest of their lives.
This is being a huge endeavor for an
associate like us and the project will be completed in stages. We have already purchased
a plot of land with the contribution of our club members, extending nearly half
an acre in a serene location in Wathurugama, Pinwatta area in Gampaha District. The proposed building contains 9 numbers
of rooms (16x14 size), Attached bathrooms, Main hall, Stair way to upstairs, Shrine
room and other all facilities to senior citizens. You are kindly invited to be
a partner of this humanitarian task. Your contributions will be utilized to
make this project success.
All the contributions will be utilized
in a transparent & efficient manner. Our members as a team have strived a
lot to make this dream a reality.
